Reliance self service SMS deactivation services sucks, I sent an sms to deactivate a love pack which is dus for renewal on 7/9/2010 on 5/9/2010 but money has been deducted on 7 th again, when i called the service customer care they are saying money cannot be given back. Reliance mobile service is theif they are stealing money from customers

I suggest evryone that kindly never purchase Reliance GSM/CDMA services. They are fraud, they cut balance without any reason. For me, BSNL is the Best.

RELIANCE IS A GREAT FRAUD COMPANY, EVERY ONE (i DIDN'T MISTAKE every one) AT MY SURROUNDING COMPLAINING THAT A NEW SERVICES IS ACTIVATED ON HIS/HER MOBILE AND THEY ARE NOT AWARE OF THAT.

WHEN WE TRIED TO GET INFORMATION FROM CUSTOMER CARE, THEY PROVED THEMSELF AS BIGGEST FOOL. THEY KNOW NOTHING AND THEY TRIED TO SOLVE OUR PROBLEM.
THEY WILL NEVER ADMIT THEIR FAULT AND SO YOU HAVE TO SUFFER. BY THIS MEANS RELIANCE IS EARNING CRORES AND CRORES FROM END CUSTOMER AND RUNNING THEIR BUSINESS SUCCESSFULL.

WHY NOT WE ALL COME UNDER ONE FLAG AND GIVE SOME LESSON TO ALL THESE SERVICE PROVIDER WHO ARE STEALING OUR MONEY, IN FRONT OF US. UNDER INDIAN PANEL COURT ACT , IT IS A ROBBERY

My balance was Rs 0.01 on july 5th. So i top upped with a value of Rs 50(with a value of Rs 43) on that day.
The following day (july 6th)When I checked the balance it was Rs 16. When I contacted the Stupid Reliance Customer care, all that dumb person said was that some pack had got renewed on July 5th. When i asked how could a pack get renewed when it wasnt activated at all in the first place, he just kept on saying "I have deactivated the pack and this will not happen again".
Stupid Reliance made me lose Rs 25. When I ask them to tell details of how it got activated first, they say they dont have records.
Then I asked them, if infact a pack was going to get renewed why didnt I receive any message saying the pack is about to expire and whether to renew it or not. To this that person said you may have received it,please check your inbox. They never give details of what you ask,but keep saying their own agenda.
AND THE MOST IMPORTANT, THE PACK GOT AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED OR ACTIVATED OR WHATEVER ON THE DAY I PUT SOME TOPUP.!!!!!
I AM GOING FOR NUBER PORTABILITY.
