I need your advice



I had a Mobile connection which was given to me by my company which had all
the facilities as STD, Internet connectivity ETC. After 2years The company
withdrew this connection .Since I wanted to retain this number I applied to
the service provider to change this corporate number in to my individual
account but in other plan (monthly rent) Earlier it was Rs 750 Monthly and I
applied for Rs 130 Monthly rental plan.



The service provider had transferred this number in to my individual account
without disconnecting the internet connectivity facility .



Unfortunately by my mistake by pressing of wrong button the internet was
connected and since I was not knowing it kept on running and I received huge
bill amount which is much greater than the total internet use in last two
years.



I need your suggestion shall I have to pay for this usage as the service
provider should have disconnected this facility when it was changed my
account. As they are saying that I should have asked them to disconnect this
facility and since usage is there hence I have to pay. Whereas my point is
if that they should have disconnected this facility so that usage of
internet by mistake would not have bend done. More over they have not
informed to me that this facility would remain activated even after changing
this number in to my individual account when I had requested to change in my
individual account.





Pl. advise weather I should pay or not.
