    Default MENTAL HARASSMENT by Vodafone

    Sir,

    I need your help.

    On July 23, 2008 I have requested Vodafone Management to change the corporate deal from my previous company (Omniglobe International) to current company Convergys India Services Pvt.Ltd.
    Vodafone Management replied me that I have to send them few documents like:
    1. Address Proof
    2. ID Proof
    3.Passport size Photograph
    4.No Objection from previous company

    I scanned those documents to Vodafone Management attached via email.

    Again Vodafone management revert me and asked me to deposit those documents to Vodafone outlet and I did that and submitted those documents to Vodafone outlet in Gurgaon JMD tower office

    However I haven't received any revert from Vodafone Team.

    I have already escalated this issue to Gurpreet (Vodafone Nodal Officer) via email on Aug 17, 2008 till date I have not yet received any revert from Nodal Officer

    Then I sent a mail to Sanjoy Mukherjee on Oct 25, 2008 and so far I haven't received any revert from him aslo

    I donot know how much money I have already wasted to get this issue resolved and this is a MENTAL HARASSMENT by Vodafone

    There was no option left except calling Consumer Help Line.. They suggested me to contact TRAI with my concern

    My Compliant number is 162791 (Given by Consumer help line) and they have also suggest me to file a case against Vodafone

    Please suggest if you can help me to resolve this issue.

    Hello,

    We have gone through complaint, you have mentioned that you have sent some mail to the vodafone people, kindly share all the mail with us, and also send your full billing details so that we will guide you accordingly.

    Default Address Proof Submission Announcement Harrasement

    My Number is 9985410796 and I submitted my address proof and Identity Proof to one of Vodafone Collections Executive and i still keep getting Messages/Emails and Announcement before every outgoing call and this is really annoying. I had raised this with Vodafone Customer Service and everytime i am promised the announcement to be stopped by End of Day but the same continues and even despite escalating, this is still the same. It looks like Customer Complaints are ignored and left at the Mercy of Vodafone.

    I would like to Sue Vodafone for Mental Harrasement and faulty Service

    Sir,
    I am one of the many customer who is a true Vodafone user, and one of the Vodafone Loyal Customer.....i stick to Vodafone becoz i was extremely happy with the service ...but since past month i have been mentally harassed for not paying the bill....
    my question to u ...with out receiving the bill HOW CAN I MAKE THE PAYMENT.......kindly check the records how many times have i requested for the bill ....from my end that also before due date ...as i had recieved the intimation from my account's department ....so before the due date also i had called up....later had a chat with the Customer Care executives .....i also wanted to talk to the head of the department......No one gave me the number.....
    they even said that....we are sending u a person with the bill ......but NO ONE had yet come ......
    i did not wanted to listen to the recording of the payment as i m a kind of a customer where i dont like anyone asking for the payment ....so check my records to .......all the payments done from my end are always before time......
    So a Customer Care executive made me sent a sms of CASH 854 to stop the recording..at that time also i asked him why are u making me do this false sms...rather send me the bill...today dated 12th April 2011 my out going service has been stopped ....MY QUESTION TO YOU IS WHERE IS MY FAULT IN THIS ....ASKING FOR A BILL is MY FAULT....or not PAYING WITHOUT BILL is MY FAULT......
    I HAVE BEEN MENTALLY TOURCHED...
    KINDLY SEND ME THE BILL AND TAKE THE PAYMENT.............
