my mobile number is 9555602172. last month i made a complaint regarding wrongly charged my complaint number was 134385889,134475508,134500936. according to that complaint my complaint was resolved by reliance. and at that time customer care executive said to me that my sms pack has be renewed till 11 september.
but today in morning (6th september) i got an sms that my sms pack has been renewed and deducted my balance . but it has to renewed on 11 september .i am also complaining against network problem from last 3 months. but till now nothing has been done . they even do not register a complaint . i am totally frustrated with reliance services. please look into this matter
