    Default Bharti Airtel Cellular Service

    Hi,

    I had a airtel post phone connection bearing number 9810905016, which I have used for more than 2 years, since I had to go out of city for couple of months (without cellphone) I was unable to pay the bills and hence the service was discontinued.
    In return I spoke to the executives and cleared the due with the request to disconnect the line. After few days I received a letter from Airtel stating that the total outstanding amount against the mentioned number is ZERO, along with the letter it also had a cheque of INR 48.30 (which I have not presented to the bank yet).
    Suddenly I started to receive several frequent calls from regarding the outstanding payments, I have referred them the letter which made no sense to them.
    They took away the peace I had in my mind. They used abusive language with my family members and other relatives by calling them at their numbers.
    I will appreciate if you could please intervene and help me in getting rid of these registered goons.

    Default no signal in my area

    Dear sir
    we are the customer of your airtel mobile connection. In my house we have nearly 5 connections and moreover we have a guest house in white town in pondicherry, in this also most of our customers are using your airtel mob connections. So many visitors are coming to the Ashram and to see their friends / relations to the beach area. In this area we are not getting your airtel signal. They also feel difficult to contact others. So please kindly see to it and do the needful at the earliest.

    Default airtel prepaid

    sir,

    I m an airtel prepaid user. my no. is 9602603457.i recharged my account with
    395Rs to avial the facilities of Mobile office. I requested for Mobile office
    settings but till now i could not get the same. i reported the same to customer
    care but could not get. now i am not able to talk to customer care even. after
    that i got few messages from 54321 that i had downloaded any game or video and
    some amount resulting to 183 rs. where as i have not even open any such page.
    whenever i get my account recharged i m getting the same message.

    please look into the matter as i am financially exploited.

    Default Malpractices on the part of Airtel

    Dear Sirs,


    BREIF FACTS

    I am using my Airtel no 9810231506 from last 8 years and my dynamic limit is
    Rs. 6500, in 2004-2005 i convert my number from prepaid to post-paid and
    submitted all necessary papers at Vikas marg branch of Airtel, IN OCTOBER
    2009 my no is blocked by Airtel on the ground of 'NON SUBMISSION OF ANY
    PAPERS', when i talked to the nodal officer in this regard he told to
    resubmit all the papers once again, i resubmitted all the papers at Vaishali
    branch of Airtel located in Sector 4, after 2 days of rigorous follow ups my
    no got activated again.

    GRIEVANCE


    1. Since today morning (10.11.2009), my number is again disconnected,
    when i talked to customer care guys of Airtel, they told me the number is
    blocked by Airtel on the ground of 'NON SUBMISSION OF ANY PAPERS."

    2. My Airtel record is showing all the things, i have mentioned in
    paragraph 'brief facts' above


    RELIEF SOUGHT FROM AIRTEL

    1. Activate my no with immediate effect.

    2. I will not submit any paper now in this regard, and will not
    call/contact to Airtel in this regard.

    3. Any senior/nodal officer to contact me immediately on my other no -
    '9810379285'

    4. Actual Legal expenses of complaint to be filed in consumer court
    against Airtel


    5. Mental agony/harassment charges as Rs. 50000.


    6. Compensation for time / business loss

    RELIEF SOUGHT FROM TV CHANNELS


    1. Please forward my this complaint/mail to the necessary departments,
    so that they can show to the general public about the 'MALPRACTICES of
    AIRTEL'.

    1. To publish an article on the 'malpractices/harassment by Airtel'

    Angry Bharti AirTel Broadband Service

    Dear sir,

    I had taken Airtel broadband connection which was totally pathetic. Post installation of modem I had pleaded them to provide me wireless connection key no which I did not get till last. My address was wrong in their database which has caused no bill receipt at my end. On request I have paid amount of Rs. 1145 and got the official receipt from collection representative and he has collected instruments i.e. Telephone, modem etc. This was period June-2010-July 2010.

    After six months i.e. 13 Feb I got a threatening call from their recovery agent cum advocate stating payment amount of Rs. 2933 in 2 hours or will proceed with leagal action and you would require to visit delhi court. I did not receive even notice any time since they must have sent on wrong address. I went to Airtel legal departement immedaitely next day with my original receipt and found Legal departement is basically a recovery department. Treatment given was very offensive and language of employees were pathetic.

    They built up the pressure and have collected Rs. 2576 from me which is non legitimate on their part. Request of disconnection is not updated by their call center however collection of instruments and payment was implemented correctly. Now my question is why should I suffer because of dirty games Airtel has in practice.

    Some action needs to be taken against them. I want some how my money back and an apology letter becuase the harrasement done by them. Its totally unprofessional behaviour and not expected from renowned company like this.

    When I went to their office, thought I was the only victim however there was a good amount crowed who were cheated by this company.

    I reqest your help by taking some action against them and getting my money back.
