    Angry Complaint against Airtel, Jaipur

    Sir/Madam,

    I got recharged one sms recharge pack for Rs.45/- from a vendor at Jaipur on 11/04/2009 at 2:58p.m. This sms recharge pack gives 450 sms free on recharge with Rs.45/- but after 5 days it was not activated till date. I spoke to one of the Airtel Customer Executive in this regard on 13/04/2009 at 7:30p.m. but no positive response was given by the executive. He told me that there is no such recharge pack is available in the market even though he may register the complaint and will forwarded to the Senior person in the Airtel. He also told me that someone from Airtel will call you in this regard in few hours. But no one has called me so far. When I enquired from the vendor from which this recharge was made, he provided me with the Airtel Plan List/Brochure that he received from Airtel, Jaipur. It is clearly mentioned in the Plan List about this sms recharge plan. Further the vendor told me to complaint against this in the Consumer Court.

    Please help me in this regard. My Cell Number is: 9829311012.

    sir/madam

    i have a airtel prepaid connection.. my mobile number is 09929399814... i had recieve a cal from airtel custumer care executive.. and the person were asking for my name and mobile number.. he told me abt the hello tune subsciption.. we r provindg hello tune subcription for 3 month.. without any song charge and download charge.. it all free.. but u will have to pay 60 rs 4 scription. i were not agre for this offer.. but without my permison not agree.. they subcribe hello tune subcription for 3 month and they have charged 60 rs 4 this... i want my balance back... as son as possible...

    Exclamation Wrong balance deduction

    sir,
    i have lapu sim no. 9571782727. There have been a continous balance deduction on 11march 2010 at 9:00pm and on12march2010 at6:00pm.
    I had loaded a 63 rs message card on 11march2010 at 4:55pm But then also there has been a balance deduction. No respone is being given by retailer hepl lin. Executive named Sangeeta and Dutta have provided me wrong information. Please do domething..

    Default Airtel Charging more money...

    I had my mobile no "9829670112". I received a message from Airtel "Ab aap Kar sakte hai US calls matra Rs 2.25 prati min ki dar se poore 30 dino tak. Is suvidha ke liye aapko koi shulk nahi lagega." on 31-Mar-2010 from Message Centre +919829003333. I made a call on 22-April-2010 to US, and unfortunately i charged Rs 19.20 for 3 minutes. I had a talk with senior executive of Airtel "Mr. Mayaram" about this problem, he accept that the Message centre no is of Airtel but he told that there is no such scheme, and he is not ready to accept that there is any such message sent from airtel to you. I had the message saved in my mobile with me. and you will be charged at Rs. 6.40 only. when i told him that i had to go to consumer court he told "you can go anywhere you want, but you will be charged the same."

    Default IOC Petrol shortage

    Hello,
    I have fill my Santro Car # RJ-14-9C-5603 form M/s Auto Service Station, Tonk Road, Jaipur on June 10, 2010 at 16:23 with my HSBC Credit Card. As per HYUNDAI Santro Tank capacity is 35 ltr and I have already 3-4 Ltr petrol in my car but they filled 36 ltr. So they poved its 40 lts tank. How it possible ???

    I have bill of 36 ltr & HSBC card payment receipt.

    PLease help me & save the others also.

    Thumbs down Airtel Bill Gerates after disconnection

    My LANDLINE NO IS 0141-4064921 & A/C NO IS 14717183 in the name of Atul Khetan
    I was having an account for broadband from 1st April 2009 to 31st March 2010 on avdance rental basis.
    on 23rd march 2010 I had launched a complaint on customer care that please disconnect my broadband & on 25th of March I got the comfirmation that it had been done.
    but on 9th of April a bill was raised for Rs 125/- & was waived off in the same bill.
    but later on in the month of May, June & July again the bills raised & regullarly i complained at customer care for about 20 - 25 times they said that your complaint is under process and they assured that after 27th of March broadband & landline was not in use so you dont have to pay anything for that.
    On 9th of Sept I called at customer care and had a talk at Account Dept. they send that you haven't used any of the services so you dont have to pay anything it is due to our mistake that the bills were generate due to technical problem so we waive off all the charges from your account.

    But today 30th Sept I received a call from An Advocate Mr. Rjeev Mittal whose phone no is 96365 96952 stating that airtel has suie a case me related to not paying the bill for Rs 815/- from a long time.
    then I had a talk with Ms Kavita Appellate Officer whose phone no is 0141-4034338 stating that your current outstsnding is 0.00 Rs & she also stated that ask the Lawer to call me regarding this.


    So Please resolve the matter as soon as possible & let me know your decission. I hope that you all can help me to resolve the matter.

    Post Airtel sucking the customer money on the name of Bollyspices.

    Dear Sir,
    I am having a prepaid connection from Airtel No. 9680517242. On 19 Nov 2010 I recharged my connection by Rs.399. Since then I was getting continuous promotional phones and messages. Many times I requested for DND but there was no effect of any request. Personally i visited my nearest Airtel consumer office and told them about the problem but no result. On 29 Nov 2010 at 1757 hrs local time I received a message <<YOU HAVE BEEN RENEWED FOR BOLLYSPICE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE FROM AIRTEL. YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS.10/- JOIN GAMES CLUB AT
    AD-54321.

    For your further information I have never opted any service from Airtel. Then how and why they have deducted my hard earned money from my account. On top of that I was running pillar to post to get a DND service activated on my phone. No person or employ from Airtel consumer service was giving me any phone no., contact no to any office. Eve one gentile lady name ``ARCHNA '' from Mumbai office refused to give me the address of Airtel office.

    I have left with some money in my account and I will finish this money and QUIT my connection from Airtel.
    The Bharati Telecom is running a Fraud Network on the name of Airtel by which they are sucking the money from the customers account.

    I request to my honorable sir (whoever in power to control them) that please stop this type of Companies which are running fraud network on the name of telephone network, immediate effect.

    Please acknowledge the receipt of this complaint.
