Hi all,
My name is Mahendra Wadte from Mumbai.I am using postpaid
service of BPL.Last 10days i am facing issues with BPL network at Thane
west every where.i have complaint against this issue to BPL customer
care as well as Nodal officer.The response says..this is ongoing
process of BPL network service for enchancement for network.
calls are getting connected but cannt hear.BPL says No compensation
will be provided.

Can any one assist me how and where to complaint against BPL
Communication.
