    Default Complaint against Global Direct marketing Vodafone

    I have been happily using Vodafone since past 10 years & now am under a group plan.

    1 person Hemal Kotak visited me from Global Direct which is a marketing arm
    for Vodafone. He guaranteed me a revision of plan on my existing nos by giving me some free minutes & reducing monthly tariff charges & rental.
    For this I had to take 3 new nos from him on which I would get Rs 50 cash
    back monthly for 6 months. He took Rs 900 from me for this whole thing.

    Its been more than 2 months now but none of these have happened. On the new
    Nos I am not getting any cash back & whenever I call him I get ans that it
    will be done..

    I have earlier also faced similar problem with Global Direct & was little
    puzzled in going forward with him. But he convinced me that he will do
    things properly.

    Please help me recover my money with interest for the trouble caused to me
    or help me with the course of action.

    Default Complaint against Vodafone - Qatar Direct's Customer Service

    I am shocked at the atrocious Vodafone - Qatar Direct customer service. I strongly suggest that Vodafone - Qatar direct customer service need a training to learn some basic manners and polite behaviour in how to deal with customers. I have never had the experience of calling a customer care centre and face such situation, I started the call complaining that my Vodafone mobile line have stopped direct recharging from the Credit Card asking them for a solution to settle my issue as i have no more credit to make calls, I surprised that the contact centre feedback that they will not be able to solve my problem right now and it may last for the coming 48 hours, noting that I’m facing the same problem with another Vodafone mobile line since last Thursday and not solved till now only they provided a temporally solution by transferring QAR 20 to my account to make calls, but the main problem still not solved I have no idea when this QAR 20 is over what shall I do, one more thing I want to add that the customer centre agents are playing with the customer credit cards for each call you raise such complain for a problem in direct recharging they are debiting the customer credit card with few amounts to test the credit card validity like QAR 1 without any authorization to do such transactions or any approval from the card holder.
    It is ridiculously funny and completely impossible to take a company or service seriously when they have such poor standards of service, but I expected Vodafone to have better standards. As a long term Vodafone user I can only hope that my problem solved soon.
    Thank you, and if anyone from Vodafone decides to read this complaint then I sincerely hope you value your customers enough to not inflict immature and obnoxious customer service upon us through agencies like Global Direct.

    Default Misguided by global direct parel (vodafone )

    VODAFONE through global direct sent some people at my office for new postpaid connection . The tariff plan they offered was good so i bought a connection by paying of rs. 350 and the monthly rental is 114/- , but i did not get the plan that they had promised. I was promised 2500 seconds STD free for every month and sms also free every month which i never got. Why is vodafone cheating people?Is this their way of selling services by doing a cheap lying buiseness.The name of the executive is Pratik no. 9819391942 .(global direct),mumbai . and managers name is parekh borivali.

    Default Fraud From Global Driect Marketing vodafone

    Global direct have just had a mess. And when they are been called up for the rectification of the same they very easily say that they don't have the executive. Firstly they made a mistake in address inspite of the documents given they inserted the address incorrectly and then to add to it they also made our card on individual name instead of the corporate plan on the top they evryday have some sort of excuse. I do have all the documents with me which we had given to the Global direct executive. The Manager in-charge was Mr.Aziz and his executive Mr.Surinder was the Relationship Manager. When called to collect documents their executive is not well or he is on leave and they cannot sent any other person for collecting the documents. We have paid the money to them at the time of submission of documents so they are not paying the attention to us. The cards were also delivered to the wrong address and we had a lot of trouble because of their Mismanagement. Inspite of correcting the wrong address at the time of physical verification and verification on phone by Vodafone the address seems to be the same.
