I am shocked at the atrocious Vodafone - Qatar Direct customer service. I strongly suggest that Vodafone - Qatar direct customer service need a training to learn some basic manners and polite behaviour in how to deal with customers. I have never had the experience of calling a customer care centre and face such situation, I started the call complaining that my Vodafone mobile line have stopped direct recharging from the Credit Card asking them for a solution to settle my issue as i have no more credit to make calls, I surprised that the contact centre feedback that they will not be able to solve my problem right now and it may last for the coming 48 hours, noting that I’m facing the same problem with another Vodafone mobile line since last Thursday and not solved till now only they provided a temporally solution by transferring QAR 20 to my account to make calls, but the main problem still not solved I have no idea when this QAR 20 is over what shall I do, one more thing I want to add that the customer centre agents are playing with the customer credit cards for each call you raise such complain for a problem in direct recharging they are debiting the customer credit card with few amounts to test the credit card validity like QAR 1 without any authorization to do such transactions or any approval from the card holder.
It is ridiculously funny and completely impossible to take a company or service seriously when they have such poor standards of service, but I expected Vodafone to have better standards. As a long term Vodafone user I can only hope that my problem solved soon.
