I am facing this problem in Jaipur (Rajasthan)
I am very fade up of services and response from the customer care on calling 198 Following are some of my complaints which are not yet resloved:

(1) I have make a request for deactivation of sms 39 pack on 28 august my sms pack has been deactivated successfully but on 31 morning i have received a message regarding renewal of my sms pack 39 the balance of rs 39 has been deducted i have logged a complaint regarding this but the your executive again give me the time of 48 hrs and he is unable to give the proper answer.

(2) I have set a caller tune on my no by dialling *999# on 27th august the balance has been deducted hand to hand but the callertune has not yet activated ("CALLER TUNE WILL PLAY ONLY WHEN I CALL FROM RELIANCE WALKY FROM ALL OTHER NETWORKS THE RELIANCE TUNE IS PLAYING)i have logged a complaint(Two or Three times) in this regards but the same response that you have to wait for 48 hrs.

(3) After talking to customer care i have received a message regarding feedback it's a toll free no. but when i reply onto this no the amount of rs 5 have been deducted from my account i have also make a complaint regarding this.

After having so many complaint in just a couple of days i can't get a satifactory response,so please tell me that why should i use the reliance service after so many complaints in just few days and your persons were unable to give me satisfactory answer and also were unable to resolve these problems so please have a look over it and revert me the same as soon as possible.
