Angry Vodafone Cheating customers and customer support doen not listen

    Hi!
My name is Pranshu Garg from Ludhiana, Punjab. My Vodafone number is 9646755449.

Vodafone activated a service called Mobile Radio on 23rd of August, 2010 around 7 - 8 pm and deducted Rs. 12 from my balance which made my balance Rs. -5. When I called to customer care the same time after being charge @ Re. 0.50/3 min they told me that the activation of your service will be updated in their system after 4 hours, so call back after 4 hours if it is company's mistake your money will be refunded. After that I don't know what they did I was not able to contact the customer care executive as they revert to main menu again this thing is happening till now. The next day was Rakshabandhan and I was too busy that day and since I am doing night job even I didn't get time to go to vodafone store within 24 hours. I was able to to go to vodafone store at Sarabha Nagar Market, Ludhiana (Punjab) on 27th August, 2010 to get my phone recharged and lodge my complaint. The agent Manpreet checked the account and said you are right the service is activated due to company's fault but you didn't complained to us in 24 hours we can't do anything, you just deactivate the service but money will not be refunded. Even the fault was of company itself they made my fault that I didn't get back to them in 24 hours. I had to specially visit vodafone store for the complaint, otherwise I could have recharged from a retailer nearby. But they just said we can't help you and gave a brochure "Tell us" and said it contains number which are working and you can call on them and talk about it. I tried both the numbers but they were not connected at all. When I said should I apply in the consumer court, they said sure and when asked to give things in written they refused.
Now, again they activated caller tune on my number without any request and deducted RS. 45 from my balance on 31st August, 2010. And I am not able to get through the customer care executive from my phone and so I have to waste my time and fuel for their fault so that my money gets refunded.
I want to file a case against them in the consumer court, what should I do? I want them to fulfill my loss which has been caused due to them as I have to recharge again because of their fault my balance gone to negative and being a very busy schedule I had to pass 4 days with negative balance.
    Please help.
    Thanks
    Pranshu Garg
