    Default Fraud by Tata Indicom

    Dear Sir,
    Tata Indicom is a big fraud company and should be cancelled company license or
    penalties a huge amount for their misguiding their consumers. Tata Indicom wants
    to increase their users that’s why they always spread wrong/half information for
    their product/offers and no moral values exist on them, if you see the consumer
    forum complaint list you will come to know that mostly Tata Indicom complaints
    registered there for their third class Customer Satisfaction and poor quality of
    network. I am writing this complaint because I am also one of the victims of
    Tata Indicom. Tata Indicom agent called us and said "We have an offer for old
    Tata user for new mobile handset of Rs. 198/-“ so we have accepted their offer
    by verifying them properly for any hidden cost on it. They assured us that there
    is no such hidden cost on it. After few days later, we got our Walky landline
    telephone bill where we shocked to see mobile handset installments for 11 months
    included on it. This is pure
    misguide and fraud by Tata Indicom to their consumer by saying differently and
    act differently on ground level. We did a lot of complaints in this regard to
    their Nodal Offices through e-mails but as I mentioned their third class
    consumer satisfaction, no such action has been made so far. Even to resolved our
    problem they asked us for any written proof for said plan but when I asked them
    for my 3 questions they have no answer of it even they failed to produced any
    written proof where we have signed for accepting mobile on installments .I also
    wrote to Mr. Sarfaraz, Mumbai H.O then little bit movement on my case matter but
    the word Satisfaction is no where in Tata Dictionary they raised their hands for
    not fulfilling their commitment and now Ms. Komal saying that we are taking
    back our handset from you, if their aim wanted to back the handset then why they
    had given us or why they took one month to take decision in this matter.
    We are facing the problems from 6.05.08 to till date. I did alot of
    complaint in this regard but no action has been taken so far, we are mentally
    depressed by the Tata Schemes and their services my exam will be starting by
    June end but my lots of time consuming on this controversy. Really, Tata
    harassed me and my family very much therefore I wanting to financially penalize
    them in between Rs. 15,000 to 25,000/-. So that in future they will not have
    courage to fraud with their consumers.

    Tata Indicom is totally fraud.Their moral and values have gone in vain. Tata indicom people are worst class people.I have personal experience with their nodal officers and executives.They are doing unethical practice of deducting the money from prepaid balances,hiding the term and conditions, making false promises, doing fraud with people.
