    Unhappy Deactivated Airtel Sim Card

    Hi,
    I am Nirav Patel, I bought Airtel Sim Card, Having Sim Card Number :- 07259510795 before 3 months.
    From the begining I had so many queries regarding Balance cut n all. I enquired about the same, they fixed the problem.
    But after suddenly my airtel card has been deactivated, I inquired through mail, they wanted to sumbmit documents once again. But now as per the customer care, my card has been deactivated so it can not start once again.

    I bought the card in 95 Rupees. and I had balance around 50-100 Rupees.

    Please find the attached mail detail, which i sent to nodal officer. But nodal officer didnt reply back to my mail.

    Dear sir,
    I had bought airtel prepaid card before 3 months as I had heard about good
    services from Airtel. My mobile no is 7259510795. My number was working till
    24th August 2010. Prepaid card didn't work after that. When inquired about it
    with Airtel Customer care by email(121@airtelindia.com), they asked me to
    submit the documents which I had already submitted long back when I bought the
    card.
    Even this was not enough, today I went to Airtel customer care office at ITPL
    and also tried to talk to customer care at121 , the officer behaved very badly.
    I asked him which documents are creating problem , but he didnt reply me it
    properly and told me that my number is never going to be activated
    again. (Compaint No. 82722069100, Customer Care officer : Pradeep)
    I afraid, if this issue doesn't get resolved withing 2-3 days , I would love to
    go to Consumer Court and sue company for the same.

    I hope to get reply as soon as possible.

    Default Deactivation of Simcard without notice!!!

    Dear Sir,

    I had an Airtel Prepaid simcard no +91 9960241152.
    I went to my native place for 3 months and on returning, found my simcard deactivated.
    Not only that it has been issued to another customer.

    That number was a very important number for me as it is mentioned in all my documents and official papers.

    On contacting Airtel customer care my call was disconnected 2 times by a "Floor Manager" and a "Floor supervisor".
    My call was cut even when i asked them not to cut the call... this behavior is uncalled for.

    They are informing about this 3 months non usage deactivation rule after they deactivated my card. If they have to apply a rule they should first intimate the customer of this possibility. I received no sms, no call or any information about 3 month deactivation previously.

    Thumbs down deactivation of sim by docomo

    Hi ,
    My Docomo mobile number is 9035711128 . I have been using this number from last 14 months.

    From 25th Jan it was showing SIM Card registration failed and so i was not able to use the service of docomo.

    I called up the call center and they told me that my SIM has been deactivated, they were not able to provide me a reason for the deactivation.
    further they told me to go for new connection & new number.. is this a solution .
    I had rs 90 balance in my account .

    I am very frustrated with this kind of answer & solutions ... i just want my number back ...

    After seeing this kind of incidents with me, my friends have distended from taking docomo connection ever.

    Rs90 is not a big amount for me, but if it's not refunded to me then I bet that I will stop using docomo and will never use it again.

    Dear sir,

    I had taken a Airtel sim with Lifetime Validity (9880770882) 2 years back n i
    was using it, thn when i came to abroad also i use to take calls etc, Suddenly
    some days back my mobile balance of 500rupees suddenly disappeared without any
    calls and messages. I anyhow wanted to continue to use the number so i tot i
    will recharge after somedays, but now i can see that my mobile number is
    disconnected. I want that number back and i want to activate it, can u say me
    how can i get that number back. it was active somedays back. so please help me
    in this issue. I am a trusted costomer of airtel. if this type of activity is
    done then i dont know where that faith of ours on ur company will move it.. I
    hope u can get back my number in any cost.
