I am Nirav Patel, I bought Airtel Sim Card, Having Sim Card Number :- 07259510795 before 3 months.
From the begining I had so many queries regarding Balance cut n all. I enquired about the same, they fixed the problem.
But after suddenly my airtel card has been deactivated, I inquired through mail, they wanted to sumbmit documents once again. But now as per the customer care, my card has been deactivated so it can not start once again.
I bought the card in 95 Rupees. and I had balance around 50-100 Rupees.
Please find the attached mail detail, which i sent to nodal officer. But nodal officer didnt reply back to my mail.

Dear sir,
I had bought airtel prepaid card before 3 months as I had heard about good
services from Airtel. My mobile no is 7259510795. My number was working till
24th August 2010. Prepaid card didn't work after that. When inquired about it
with Airtel Customer care by email(121@airtelindia.com), they asked me to
submit the documents which I had already submitted long back when I bought the
card.
Even this was not enough, today I went to Airtel customer care office at ITPL
and also tried to talk to customer care at121 , the officer behaved very badly.
I asked him which documents are creating problem , but he didnt reply me it
properly and told me that my number is never going to be activated

I afraid, if this issue doesn't get resolved withing 2-3 days , I would love to
go to Consumer Court and sue company for the same.
I hope to get reply as soon as possible.
