I had been using the Airtel Number till February 2008. Then on my request over Airtel portal, the number got disconnected on February 2008. After February 2008, I received the bill and a notice from Advocate on behalf of Airtel. After that I paid the two months bill without using it. Since then I didn't get any bill, but now after 10 months I got another bill. I want to loudge a consumer case in Thane court against the Airtel Mumbai. Please let me know the process...

Thanks for your reply. I had given request for disconnection of my number through the Airtel Website Portal. And they had disabled my access from their Portal. I have the bill which I paid without using the number after disconnection (I paid the bill on April,2008). I have the hard copy of the Notice from the Advocate which I can send you later.
