Airtel GPRS I am really frustrated with Airtel. I am using a Kolkata connection and have been trying to get GPRS activated on my new HTC Touch Viva. I also need the configuration settings and also need to activate GPRS. When i called 121, i was politely asked to call 12150. So i called 12150, where I was asked to send an sms MO to 52567, which i did. I was greeted by the following message: Dear Customer the service is not currently enabled for your phone, please call 121 for more details.
Then I called 121 again and I was informed that maximum number of trials had already been made.
What to do?
Exactly sam experience I too had. They auto renew my yahoozone subscription
everytime and charge for it. Apart from that for every time i surf net , they
charge 20 rs. (even if i dont download anything).
Customer care executives dont reply properly..they are comfortable talking in
tamil only.
They simply keep giving complaint reference number but dont take action.
