Dear Sir/Madam,
I am using my Airtel prepaid since December 2008, almost 2 and 1/2 years with same number. But on 12th Aug. 2010 evening I found my Airtel service deactivated. There was no prior calls or messages from Airtel in this regard. when I called Customer care they told me to resubmit my Address proof documents again. Though it is a customer harassing act, I submitted the documents at Asiatic Agency (Airtel Relationship centre) in Bhubaneswar. But till now my Airtel service has not been activated.
I also called the nodal office, to my surprise they asked me to provide them the contact number of Asiatic Agency. It is ridiculous.
As I am using this number for last 2 years, i don't want to change my contact number. So please take immediate action to activate my number and take serious action against Airtel for this type of irresponsible response from Airtel.
