    Post AIRTEL service deactivation without any prior call or any type of notice

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am using my Airtel prepaid since December 2008, almost 2 and 1/2 years with same number. But on 12th Aug. 2010 evening I found my Airtel service deactivated. There was no prior calls or messages from Airtel in this regard. when I called Customer care they told me to resubmit my Address proof documents again. Though it is a customer harassing act, I submitted the documents at Asiatic Agency (Airtel Relationship centre) in Bhubaneswar. But till now my Airtel service has not been activated.
    I also called the nodal office, to my surprise they asked me to provide them the contact number of Asiatic Agency. It is ridiculous.
    As I am using this number for last 2 years, i don't want to change my contact number. So please take immediate action to activate my number and take serious action against Airtel for this type of irresponsible response from Airtel.

    Default deactivation of my Air tel Sim witout any prior notice

    Dear Madam/Sir

    I am using the Air tel (Prepaid) since 22 Nov 2010. My Mobile no. is 08658675502 .but my prepaid connection is deactivated with out any prior information. In past many of my friends has faced this type of problem & they are requested to resubmit there document. Bercause of this problem only i have purchase the prepaid connection from the Airtel Head office of Orissa,janpath,Rajmahal square,Bhubaneswar. i have deposited the document there in the office. still i m facing the problem. i don't know for what reason the have deactivate my SIM. now in my mobile it is showing INVALID SIM.

    Presently i m out of Orissa in office tour and my mobile is in roaming.

    Try to solve the problem as soon as possible.

    Default AIRTEL,worst service

    I was using airtel since May 10 , it was running smoothly & after 6 months suddenly it was blocked without notification(incoming outgoing all are stopped)250 rs was in dat & customer care said submit your document it'll start within 4 days. after subbmission of all documents again it is never start till now(30 days). then customer care said we cant do anything, go to airtel office & staff of airtel office(bapuji nagar) said we cant do anything.............what is this ??????????? I m facing lots of problem only bcoz of trust on airtelairtel says we make people's life easy & efficient..........says only & create problems for innocent people.............give customer care but not care only says...........take charge for this call & many times disconnect without talking or put it on hold for long time & we waste our time & money behind this...........how can we trust on airtel.............no customer satisfaction..........nothing...............worst service

    Default Deactivation of my airtel prepaid sim...

    i have an airtel sim ..and it was offline since 6 months...and now wen i inserted it in my cel...it is not showing its network...it is deactivated....even if it has lifetime validity...may i knw d reasn of its deactivation...???

    Post Outgoing Call Deactivated despite submitting the Documents

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    This is inform you that, my father is a senior citizen who is using Airtel SIM Card no-9938143004(Bhubaneswar-Orissa circle) for personal conversation, beg to state that as per information by Airtel my Father has submitted all the relevant documents to the retailer in Balianta market, Bhubaneswar, and when contacted Customer Care then he was told that service will be provided within 48 hours but still it is pending for last 10 days, so here i would like to request you to expedite the case, so that service can be resumed, or please provide any solution to expedite this case to any higher authority. Its really frustrating to use this type of Service in Bhubaneswar City,

    so, here i request you to help on this regards,,
