Respected Sir,

I would like to refer your help to get my mobile services start.
I have taken a new prepaid card on last 15 days back from Reliance Mobile World at Yousuf Sarai (New Delhi) and it was started on same day within 2 hours as committed by Reliance. For that they have asked me to submitt address proof which I have dont have as I have been transferred from Mumbai so they told me to submit company authority letter saying the person is working with the company. Accordingly I have provided the same. After using ther service some days they suddenly stop my outgoing service and said that the documents are not sufficient.

I am following up with reliance on phone and also went to the centre personally many times but they gives different reasons every time.

Yesterday they told me to submit my voters ID copy and photograph and fill up the form once again and tole me the service will start within 12 hours. I have submitted that too, but its not start yet.

I have called them up on the nos ( 9311519444 Mohit & 9311223356 Gaurav) they have given. In the morning they talked to me but the worst part is now they stopped picking up my phone.

You are requested look into this and help me in this regard as its very critical for me to stay without phone.
