    Angry !!!Irresponsible Airtel Customer Service!!!

    This is against Airtel Customer Services/ Care Services.

    My mobile netwrok services have been disconnected on 4th April 2009, the reason being for the disconnection of the services is that the address verification for the billing address is not yet completed.

    I am using the same mobile number from past 4 years, before the connection was in the name of my company as a corporate connection under CUG(Closed Users' Group). On 6th February 2009, have got the mobile connection transafered to my name. Have submitted all my details, the proofs required for changing the user name, type and billing address of the connection.

    From Airtel, executives had come to my residence for address verification purpose, which have been completed as well, have got message from Airtel for the same as a confirmation message.

    Have recieved the February bill in my name at my new address, confirming that the billing address has been changed.

    Now there comes an SMS from Airtel after 2 months that, address verification is not completed and the services would be disconnected.

    Just after recieving the SMS from them, with in no time the services from the connection got disconnected.

    This is how the customer service works in Airtel, without any kind of prior information to the customer, without validating or verifying the causes, consequences properly the connection is disconnected, which has caused me a huge loss in terms of reputation, peace, money. I need Justice !!!

    If you have all the proof that support your statement then this is a good case to drag airtel to the consumer court, kindly provide us the full details.

    Hello This is murthy from Coimbatore i Bought new airtel # 9500729990 at 18-01-2010 at the time i bought one data card also from airtel showroom they sold me extra price and also the product is not working after 24-01-2010 onwards the disconnected my number i ask them to reactivate at 25-01-2010 onwards but still they dint activate regards this i talk with customer care everyday and i send mail also but they simply asking give me 4 hr or 6 hr or 24 hrs but still they dint reactivate the connection regards this i ask one of customer care officer name Mr Prabhu to connect Nodal officer but he told he cant connect after that i ask him to make call back arrangement on 01-02-2010 but still they dint arrange if i call nodal # 9953434865 am getting the record voice the nodal officer was busy with another call you please contact latter if i call any working time am getting the same message if i call airtel customer care number they simply asking time but they are not resolving my problem for your reference this is nodal mail ref # [|BAL|9500729990|2901201011611|] Compliant # 927132582 Intraction ID 62357039 then 629617958 then 629663184 then 630212078 Now any one help me how to resolve this issue and is there any possibility to get compensation for my loss Help me please My current working Contact # 9344778300

    sir my name is pavula selva am using post paid no 9840987863 for past 2 yrs .in may 30th 2010 change my plan from post paid to prepaid and all id proofs are submitted am all so using 1month prepaid , but 1july 9.30 pm totally disconnected this no, i am inform the customer care officer ,and i am many more times complained to customer care for signal problem for past 1year. Then another mistake for change my monthly plane without my knowledge ,and also extra payment for 400 rs
