Dear Sir,
I had Deposited the heque of Rs.1000 on 26.03.2009 at the Customer Care for which i have got the receipt, now their banker which is Citi Bank had made a mistake by Encoding it at Rs.100 & they send a message me saying you have only deposited, i called them thrice, went to their Vodafone Centre & everybody told me it is your mistake, because of that i got mentaly disturb.
On the top of it when today i enquire at my bank they told me it was their mistake & they got the proof for it & when i told it to vodafone call centre they told me pay it again, i agreed on that but in the afternoon they disconnected my outgoing & i was seating with my client i had to call someone from my phone when he saw that my outgoings are barred it really Dampen my Image & when i call them at the call centre for the same they accepted their mistake still didnt start my service & when i paid then only they started.
Now i want an Copensation for the Mistake they did & the Humiliation i had faced & the mental Disturbence i had for the same & the contract which i lost because of creidibility issue against my client due to these.
Please giude how sholud ask for my Compensation, I have got all the proof with me for the same.

as per your requirement,

2. -- Due Date of the Bill ofRs.1000 was on 29/03/2009
-- I deposited the Cheque on 26/03/2009, worth Rs.1000, i have receipt for it.
-- On the same day i got message from them saying Rs.100 is Credited to your account, i spoak to them about it thrice & they reply me that you have paid only 100, i told them at the call centre & i also went to their customer care office to explian still they disagreed on it.
-- 4/4/2009, when i went to my Bank, they told me that ya cheque came here & Vodafone Bankers i.e. Citi Bank had Encoded as Rs.100 & it was their Mistake.
-- Coming back from the Bank i spoak to them i told them i will issue another Cheque & close these matter.
-- on the same day, In the afternoon when i was seating with my client i had to call sombody for my cell but they discontinued my Outgoing services which was Dampen my Image.
-- Then i call them they accepted that it was their mistake but still we can't start your servcie then i had to pay 1000 cash to start my services.
-- on the top of it on 10/04/2009 i got a letter from Vodafone saying that your cheque got dishonoured because of Encoding mistake from citi bank.
sir, while reading the matter one thing will be clear in you mind that i was their mistake & they acceoted it, now suggest me how can i claim a compensation from them because which i got distured for the whole weak even lost client.

We have gone through your complaint, and suggest you one thing i.e. send a written notice via registered post to the area nodal officer of the parent company, mention all the details in the notice and also attach the supporting document copy.
Below the notice also mention the list of the attached document, and wait for at least 15-20 days, if you will not get the reply within the mentioned time then contact us again.
