    Default cheating by airtel prepaid

    airtel announced 150/-rs recharge and it said we will get 300mins talktime which can be utilised but the validity is not mentioned.then i called the customer care and they said that is only valid for 12 days,and asked me to call the number given in the message.but in that also the validity is not mentioned.in this case when the validity i not mentioned then the validity of our prepaid will be aplicable.

    Default Air Tel Cheating

    I am life time card holder in AirTel (No.9959396608) and I have tpped it up for
    Rs.200 and there has been a balance of R.100 or so, when I left Puttaparthi and
    closed the mobile, without any use. Now when I returned from my Home Town to
    Puttaparthi, I noticed it is in minus balance. This is the second occasion. Last
    year also it happened so and I complained and got revived the minus balance, but
    they have not given the plus balance at my credit. Previously I was having a prepaid
    Air Tel Cel at Dharmapuri and because, the company swallowed so much of amount, I
    bluntly closed it. This is the third time, it happens so. Kindly take necessary
    action against the Air Tel.

    Default Cheating by airtel prepaid mobile services

    I received a message from airtel saying "Thankyou for subscribing for Matrimonials" and Rs. 3 were deducted from my account. In the first place I had never subscribed for the said service. To stop the said service I was asked to sms and when I did sms the reply would be "sending failed". After a few days I received a sms from 5432105 saying that the Matrimonials has been renewed and that you have been charged Rs. 30 for 30 days of service. I then called on 121 and asked about the same to which they replied that if the sms had failed, I should have called 121 immediately. They then stopped the said service but my 30 rupees were not refunded.
    Similar experience was experienced by my wife who is also a customer of airtel services a few days later. Rs. 3 were deducted from her account for subscribing to airtel cricket scores when she never had. On calling 121 the said service was stopped but time and again some amount is deducted from her account for one service or the other and this is causing mental harrasment to both of us.

    For your complaint you will have to send a written complaint to the nodal officer of the Company. Wait for the response for at least 10 days because the Nodal officer will have to provide you any solution within 10 working days.     Default Cheating by Airtel Mobile Services

    My mobile no. is 9929062314, I am using mobile office of Rs.395per month with unlimited downloading for 30 days. But my account balance is deducted by Rs.99 without any downloading. Also customer care executives are not ready even to log the complaint.
    Its a great cheating by airtel. I just have two option either my money back or just deactivate my connection and return my remaining amount. I dont want to continue with such cheaters as I have more better options at least which do not cheat their customers.
