I m a consumer of BSNL. I have already unsubscribed from the caller tune service from BSNL. But still they are deducting Rs 20/- from my account every month unnecessarily. Hence like this they are harassing me. I have around 18 times sent them SMSes to unsubscribe ; but they are not listening to me. Again no caller tune exists in for my number. That is another strange case with BSNL. Every month I m losing Rs 20/-. Hell they are doing, hell they will enter.
