I took one connection from AIR TEL & closed the connection on 2/7/2004. Their collection agency ACCB's representative came to me & collected a cheque of Rs 530.00 and issued me the receipt of full & final payment and also endorsed on that receipt " They used to call me at my mobile as well as residence number.
