    Angry Vodafone providing the wrong information

    Vodafone executives providing the wrong information to sell their postpaid connection. their telecallers offered a postpaid a postpaid plan with very low call rates, even though they confirmed it at the time of documentation. after the documentation when your connection activate and you make calls then you'll come to know this thing that you have been cheated. they simly told you the tremendous conditions to avail that call rates which were told you before.
    I have been victim of this silly thing recently

    Default change prepiad coneection in postpaid with wrong information

    Vodafone executives providing the wrong information to sell their postpaid connection. their Store Executive Ms Shweta kaushik of Vasant vihar store offered a Prepaid a postpaid plan with very low call rates,No Rental,No clip Chages, No Itemised Bill Charges,Life Time Postpiad plan. even though they confirmed it at the time of documentation. after the documentation when My connection activate and I make calls then I'll come to know this thing that I have been cheated. they simly told me When I say to again tranfered to prepaid the tremendous conditions to avail that call rates which were told Me before.and live atlest With This Plan 3 Months than we can change into prepaid.and when i request for prepaid they terminate my service from last 4 days (30/12/2008)
    I have been victim of this silly thing recently and sufer with wrong information which they subscribe when change my prepiad connection in postpaid.

    My Connection No Is 9899499426 & Alternate No 9250977948.

    I am vodaphone user , my no 9999577633, to day dated-23/03/2009, I am out of
    Delhi and your customer care has call me 2 times because they know I am in
    rooming, I am going to complain in concern authority and I record the
    call. U haven’t call even once when I am Delhi.no is-9654960117,& 9238309618
