i want to let u know that i m using Nokia 3110c handset, and i have Reliance GSM sim. I m not getting the GPRS facility on my phone, when i contacted customer care centre, they replied"we are not having settings for ur phone", even if its GPRS enabled and the IDEA GSM sim works good and provide full access to GPRS. Network is always a problem with Reliance GSM services
