I Purchased new prepaid connection on 25/02/2005 on the claim by above mentined person that it has international roaming pre activated on it. I confirmed the issue atleast three times before commencing the journey as it was most desired. Lost valuable customers of around 100,000 for no link with customers. Undue tensions to family back home as no connectivity expenditure of excess calling charges to home from hotel and other std service providers. Premium amount paid for service.
