Dear sir,
i am a postpaid customer fro airtel.since sep i have faced a lot of problem with airtel so i tried to stop the service for which i was requested for better service with a waiver in bill.so i gave a chance.in jan i aksed for dnd service so i was told it takes 48 working days so i agreed and 28 feb was the last day.but still i was receving promotional call and sms.so on 4th march i launh a complan again and i was assured that it will be taken care in 48hrs but still nothing happened.i was fed up with the calls so i hold up my bill payment and made them first give me the service and take the money,so the guy who called mr rakesh assured me that within 4 hrs ill get a call from back office and my problem will be looked personally so dont worry.but i didnt received any call for 4 days.i again call 121 for same but they said u pay the bill then only your problem will be solved.they disconnected my outgoing so i paid the bill and showed them the message i got for promotional so they said we will look into the matter but nothing happen.so when i complain them again they started saying that you will keep getting few calls and sms and we cant do anything pls send an sms from your cell.this has really bugged me.i have still kept the numbes and sms i got.i really went to a very depression period for this specially when my line was barred and i have to wait for more then 5hrs to get it connected.i want to file a case of harrasment and cheating for airtel so pls help me how to go about it.
