    Thumbs down bsnl prepaid complaint not answerd even after 10 days of registration

    i registered a complaint against bsnl prepaid [no=+919475504148] to the customre care on 9th aug 2010 [co.no.=5820774] which is still ''under process'' even after 10 days of registration(action should be taken in 3 days)

    issue=even after the recharge of Rs.606 for data plan (which should provide me 2GB free internet usage in mornings and 5GB during nights for one month), i'm still charged for using internet (money is deducted from my main balance according to internet i use, instead of my data plan)

    the nodal officer is always busy to attend my phone calls to him. i see no other option, please somone help me out as soon as possible.

    Angry Data recharge done online thru bsnl portal - complaint not resolved

    Hi,

    I recharged for an amount of Rs.352/- on 29th September which should give me a data usage of 1 GB free - valid for a month. However i the money is debited from my account, i also received a message stating that the data recharge was successful, but any time i use 3g for data, i am being charged.

    So i registered a complaint with BSNL on 1st October complaint no being - CH0110108218
    Since i dint have any response, i registered a complaint with BSNL on 22nd Oct complaint no being CH2210103528.
    I escalated the call to the Senior executives, team leads, but still the complaint is not solved - leave the resolution, i dint even get a response or follow up.

    Every time i call, they see that the complaint has been closed, but i have not got any resolution. I am really frustrated & fed up with the kind of service provided to me.

    My mobile # 9445902770. I took this connection only for the purpose of 3G & data plans & now i feel i made a blunder.

    Angry complaint

    My bsbl sim was sumo power pack my expire is september 26 2010 but i recharge before 26 (9 september) it changed to excel pack daily i am calling to customer care i saying but they say within 24hrs we will make it and i had complaint no alsokt0411102960 and nobody responding to that from one month i am suffering with them. first change it from excel to sumo power pack soon

    Angry Change in prepaid plan

    Hello Sir/madam,
    i am G.p.nagaraj
    My phone no is 9480700560 was prepaid sumo power pack plan one year validity from 26th september 2009 to 26th september 2010 now i recharged Rs.301 to continue same plan for one year but i recharged before expire of my no on 9th september 2010 but it was ichanged to excel power pack. Now i am calling daily to cousmter care nobody is responding and i regiseter the complaint my complaint no is kt0411102960 and from bsnl consumer care no9480215691 they call me and said within 24hrs it will changed but till it is not changed. if call to consumer care nobody will recieve if they receive they will say it is changed but till it is not changed. please kindly make it soon (change to excel pack too sumo power pack)

    Default Wrong deduction of amount Rs. 30.

    Sir,
    I have launched a complain against BSNL no. 9431944959 for wrong deduction of amount of Rs. 30 from prepaid account as it automatically activated "BSNL Cricket Alerts" on 24th feb 2011 at 03:03PM without any request from my side, and it charged Rs.30.
    I talked to Customer Care at the same time for reimburse of amount to my prepaid number and am given a docket no. B24JH241643. Almost 15 days to go. Still it is not solved.

    Kindly look into the matter.

    for wrong deduction of amount of Rs. 30 from prepaid account as it automatically activated "BSNL Caller ring tone" on 28th feb 2012 at 11:30PM without any request from my side, and it charged Rs.30.
    I talked to Customer Care at the same time for reimburse of amount to my prepaid number and am given a docket no.tn2702128639 Still it is not solved. there is no proper response from bsnl plz plz lz do some thing

    Kindly look into the matter.
