I have vodafone connection (prepaid 9646478553) from about past Six months in bathinda. I am getting problem in my number (without my permission lot of services are go on activating and reducing my account balance as i switch on my mobile). I am a student and getting lot of calls from vodafone computer which are disturbing my studies. I talked to vodafone customer care office, they said message your service has been deactivated with immediate effect. But just after 2 or 3 days I again get the message that an amount of Rs. 30/- has been deducted for so and so service. It is very very shameful that such a big company is doing such type of business. How stupid service it is. If the company is going in LOSS, then it should stop its business rather than cutting on the consumer's pocket.

Please help me in stopping calls messages and in returning my money with huge compensation so that they will not disturb any other person.
