    Thumbs down Complaint for poor service provided by airtel mh

    Hello,

    I am facing network issues in my airtel connection, there is no network at my home.
    On Nov 09 also I faced same problem with Airtel network, that time I logged so many complaints & finally my complaint was closed on May10. Then till 11th Aug 10, network at my home was good.

    Now again I am facing same (No network coverage)

    Again I logged one complaint, but I am not satisfy with the response received from customer care, they are saying “We regret to inform you that we would be unable to immediately improve the indoor coverage in your area”. They are not providing me root cause of problem & exact date, when I will get full coverage.

    My airtel no is very old & I am not able to change it.
    I am feeling helpless, Airtel is not providing me good network.

    Please help me.
    My old complaint no is: 30038485
    My new complaint no is: 31319965

    Thumbs down Till date no improvement in network.

    Please refer previous complaint submitted by me.
    I am facing same problem.
    I already submitted my complaint to Airtel Nodal office & still same issue, zero network.
    Due to irresponsible behavior of Airtel I am in trouble, so many phone call by client are missed by me & I am paying lots of money in call divert service.
    Please provide me exact date when I will get full network.
