I had purchased a sony ericsson j100i cell in jan,2007. With it i got 2299
minutes of a2a talktime free for 2 years.my cell number is 9903086779.on 20th of
july,2007 the balance reduced from rs 1832 to rs 0.
I have several times contacted the airtel customer care & posted my
grievance on the airtel website.but still no action has been taken.the reply
which i got from the nodal officer has been pasted down in blue colour.and no
where in the mobile box 180 days validity has been mentioned.
So, please help me to get my airtel balance restored.please take some
quick action.
