PLEASE DO NOT BUY RELIANCE DATA CARD

A reliance card was sold to me by the road side distributor,
informing that it is providing three months free redeption, means
that one does not have to pay any bill, only go on using the net for
three months without paying a single penny. Mistakenly, I happened
to rely the AMBANI's and bought the data card for 3704. No doubt
the connection started in two days time and it functioned well for 6-
7 days and on the 8th day the net stopped working. On approach to
the distributor, he informed that by mistake a bill has been
generated for Rs. 1388, which I will have to pay. After due follow
up with the distributor, the bill was waived,.

Reason given was that the clerk who was doing data entry, has
entered tha plan as REGULAR plan instead of FREE redemption plan.

The connection was started after closing the service for SEVEN days.

For 10 days there was no problem, but on the 11th day the connection
stopped functioning and again a bill of Rs. 602 was generated and on
repeated 7 complaints, the customer care did lend me a ear and did
get the bill waived off for 602 Rupees, .
The connection here was not working for EIGHT full days.

Every time I approach customer care, the would of course, politely
apologise and ask for some time, ( some time = Seven minimum days)
and get the connection started.
I WOULD DEFINE IT AS A MENTAL TORTURE AND HARRASSMENT (INTENTIONAL)

THESE ARE THE FREE SERVICES PROVIDED BY RELIANCE COMMUNICATION.

Now even after 15 emails to customer care and 30 phone calls to the,
the waiver has been passed, that the bill is not to be paid,
but they are not ready to offer me extra services for those 15 days
that , the connection was not working, that too DUE TO THE
NEGLIGENCE OF THE AMBANI'S EMPLOYEES.

SHOULD SHOULD MISTAKES BE IGNORED AT THE LOSS OF A CUSTOMER , AND
SERVE THEM WITH THIS PEACEFUL HARRASEMENT AND TORTOURE ?

READ AND THINK BEFORE U JUMB INTO A WELL.

RELIANCE ...........NEVER....NEVER..........NEVER MAKE A FOOL
OF YOURSELF WITH THE SMART LOOTS.
