    Default fraud by reliance communications

    This is to bring to the notice of all theose who are interested in
    buying a reliannce netconnect data card that provides you wireless net
    connection. I was offered such data card by Mr. X. on the condition
    that I have to pay a sum of Rs. 3800 to 4000 and I will get the data
    card, wherein at present the company has a scheme of free down load of
    1.5 mb for the first three months.
    I got the card on 10th July assuming and believing that i dont have to
    pay anything. I started using the card and immidiately after 7 days
    the card stopped working, giving error no 31
    which means the remote computer / network would not respond .
    on 20th i launcehd a verbal complaint to Mr. X. who promissed me that
    the mater will be resolved.
    When I reached back from my office I find a bill from relaince
    communcation of Rs. 1363(approx). at present the bill is with Mr. X.
    On referring back the matter to the local Mr. X, he convinced me that
    the bill is not to be paid as there were some mistake in the selection
    of the so called plan.
    Fine, I waited for three days and till today neither have I received
    any letter informing me about the waiver of the bill, nor has my net
    started.
    On 24th July I get a message from the local trader that there is
    network problem so my net connection will begin within a day or so.

    I really do not understand the meaning of this hide and seek.
    I really find myself trapped with the local trader
    When I reported the entire matter to reliance customer care, as usual
    they forwarded me a letter stating that the data is irrelevant and I
    need to provide all the details. I belive merely killing of time.

    So kindly pass on the message of fraud to all those who are still
    interested in buying the Reliance Netconnect.

    Dear Mr. Sunil,
    Thanks for the information,

    These service providers like Reliance
    promise you big things and once you pay money they disconnect your
    service and make you run after them like a Dog. I have had similar
    experience with RILIANCE as well as with AIRTEl.
    I have lost more then Rs.5000 in Reliance and Rs. 1500 in Airtel , we
    do not have the time to go and fight, we write letters and get stereo
    type replies from the company. Sometimes you get irrelevant replies so
    you come to know that they have not even read your letter. It is most
    frustrationg to go in for such connections.
    You go to webworld these young staff are
    either busy with their cell phones chatting to their Boy/Girl friends
    or chatting to each other and laughing and cracking jokes, they do not
    listen to you and give stereo type replies to irritate you.
    I feel old is gold and BSNL, VSNL, STNL,
    MTNL are the best DOLPHIN, GARUDA all govt undertaking services are
    the best.For donkeys years their incoming is free but they have never
    told us that "incoming free".
    There must be thousands of cases pending
    and lakhs of complaints against these service providers I fel TRAI
    must take some stringent action against them and form some complaint
    cells to combat their high handedness.They have become suckers and
    dictators and we are their victims.

    What you said is very right. The young girls/boys are kept only for added
    attraction. Not for anything else. To show the external world, the place - so
    called web world is busy !!!!!!!
    If you are smart, you can take them for a ride. But do not loose the hope.
    Fight. If required, be prepared 2 give few at times. I have faced same trouble
    with Airtel, received lawyer notice for no reason inspite of deducting my
    security roaming deposit without my knowledge, but fought with them.

    Reliance - asked to disconnect 9 connections we had around an year back, wrote
    to Mr Anil Ambani's office for necessary action, but it was not worthy enough.
    Therefore you need to be smart to survive in midst of these wolfs.
