im a victim of NOKIA customer care. i bought a N70 mobile in feb 2008 with IMEI number 352913020461156. due to some cam problem, i gave at a service centre in hyd on 23rd october 2008. at first they told that the mobile wil be back in 15 days. it is crossing 6 months but they repeated the same words.still i haven't got it.i dont know what i have to do.

I am facing a typical problem with my post paid Air-tel connection 9790905491. When I am calling to bsnl land line no 06645243262, I am getting message as "all lines are busy please try after some time". This problem continue since more then 18 months now. I gave more then 10 to 12 complains. Every time call center people say that they have log the complain and it will be resolve in 4 to 6 working days. Every time they do some thing and ask me to switch of the mobile the remove the sim and again insert sim then check. After doing so it will work for 1 to 2 day and again the same problem starts. Once the technical team told me that the bsnl number it self a wrong number. I ask them to check the orissa telecom directory to proof that this is a valid no. Now today again I call them for the same problem and after logging complain when I ask to talk to the manage they told me to be on line. I was more then 40min on call but no one has reply or respond. This is very bad customer service. Today after raising a complain I got a call from 9840658432. He told me that issue has been send to the concern dept and then the disconnect the call. Immediately I call back the number got switch off. After 30min again I try and then after some ring some body disconnect the call knowingly. This indicate how bad customer service Airtel providing. This shows the irresponsibly of the concern person as well as the company. Today I talk to 4 people and all are behaving the same way. Due to this voice problem I lost my business, which impact me a lot. Please help me to fix this issue. Today they gave the complain no 36771650 & 36773429. I want a permanent solution of this issue and respective authority must punished for such irresponsibility.
