    Default Fraud By Mobile Service Company Airtel with Me

    Dear Sir,

    I have been using Prepaid Service of AirTel Company
    with Mobile Number 9004720352 since last couple of weeks.

    One Week before I have done
    A Full TalkTime Recharge of Rs. 375 and
    A Message Recharge of Rs.102 which Provides 500 Local/National SMSs with 30 Days Validity.

    Two Days Before My TalkTime was Rs.280 Approximately, But In Morning
    I found it's showing just 0.19 INR.

    So I have Contacted on number 121 of AirTel to talk with their Customer Care Executive. I tried it several Times but no body is providing me a proper Answer.
    They are just cutting my Calls without giving any Responses.

    At The Last I have noted down my one of the Complaint Number
    It is

    Complaint Number : 3032319479500

    I want Justice for this Fraud by AirTel.
    As I am unable to get in touch anyone because of this Fraud.

    I want Penalty of Rs. 1 Crore from Airtel for this Fraud.

    Please Help Me out to Get Justice.
    Looking forward towards it Eagerly.

    ATTENTION PLEASE

    every time we talk to customer care , there's a numbr generated which should be kept for further reference like....for use in cousumer court
    this number is an evidence that we had conversation with the irresponsible customer care

    Default Airtel service message fraud

    On 12th December, Airtel sent me a Service Message (Which they keep sending unwarrantedly anyways.)
    When I opened the Service Message, they immediately Deducted my balance by Rs. 60/- with a message that it has been deducted for downloading 'KAUN BANEGA CROREPATI'. Whereas, I didn't download anything at all.

    It seems that they are defrauding people by sending these Service Messages, to collect additional Revenues, which are not rightfully theirs. This needs to be STOPPED once and for all.
