    Angry Complain against reliance GSM mobile company for wrongfully deduction of balance

    Respected sir,
    i am a prepaid customer of reliance GSM mobile company and my number is 9608130287 in which i had a balance of rs. 11 but suddenly on 10th august it shows a negative balance of rs.9 then i recharged my number again by rs. 20 and the next day again it shows a negative balance of rs. 5 so totally they deducted rs. 40. When i called to customer care their response was very bad and they told that you had activated a cricket pack on your number on 8th august. But i had not activated any pack and also from 4th august to 9th august my number was off. Then i went to c.care office and i saw that around 10 persons were facing the same problem but customer executive told we dont know anything and you have to pay this. Sir i am a student and i cant concentrate on my studies properly. Please sir take some action and i will be very grateful to you for this.

    Wink deducting of money from my gsm SIM

    I am GSM card user so ,last 3 month without knowingly deducting the money from my balance ,I aslo told to customer care and sent one message to them,on 9832680776 to 55333 "BSCT CRBT" but could not did that that's why I am frustrated and lot of time I tried to called the customer care but they didn't responding and also serving badly and weak network through out the India so there for give my money back on my no 9832680776.

    Thumbs down reliance gsm

    sir/mam with due regards i feel very bad to say but its true i have an
    gsm number 8899543309 which was running very good and i was getting
    good sort of service from the reliance. i also have broadband number
    9368586484 i was getting bill problem on my net connect number so i
    called customer care at 180030005555 with my gsm number.when i called
    there some of the staffs gave me wrong commitments so i launched
    complain against the staff. my number was running good but today on 10
    December i came to see that my gsm number has been barred. when i
    contacted customer care at 198 at 5.05 pm with my net connect number
    there they told me that my gsm number is not on my name and document.
    and when i told them that the gsm number is on my name they told no.
    when i asked them to launch complain that my document has been changed
    by the customer care staff they told me that this is good that
    happened with my number. staff also told me that he will also barred
    my net connect he talked very rudely to me. so i disconnected the
    call. then i went to web world there a staff told me that this number
    was on my name only. customer care staff has changed the document
    because i have given complain on the name of staff. sir please see the
    whole matter and see who is such staff who has changed my document and
    barred my number. i will be waiting for the right decision.

    Angry Wronfull deduction of balance on caller tunes

    My reliance prepaid mobile number is +919543190415.
    On 11th dec 2010 i get a message that reliance has activated caller tunes for a day deducting Rs 10.
    I dont get assistance from reliance customer care.
    They keep insisting its been activated by the customer even if they are not sure of the mode of activation.
    I feel helpless.Please enlighten me on the role the customer should play and his rights in these situations
    I unsuscribe immediately by following the required instructions.
    The very next morning it deducts Rs 30 again,now for the month.
    I feel helpless.
    Now now reliance has deducted Rs.40 and is not ready to even confirm the mode of activation(whether its done through sms,rworld etc)
    PLease help...

    Thumbs down Balance deducted wrongly from my account two times....

    hello sir my name is parbinder singh having reliance gsm no. 8010651898....two time my balance of Rs.20 is deducted from my account (i., on 13 jan 2011 & 30 jan 2011). when i called in customer care they are telling me that i have activated sai baba service pack using Rworld & by sending an SMS, which i have not done from my side...cutomer care executives response is "what our databae is showing is correct & i am lying" even i spoke to senior they are worse they are showing what reliance will do to them even if we complain about them....they don't have fear ......and this all because of reliance as they know they don't have answer to give & providing support to their executive otherwise they would not have given us such response....and i don't think this type of issue is resloved from reliance side....they are happy with their business............. the service of reliance is very very bad & i am really very dissatisfied with reliance gsm & soon i 'll switch to other operator & even i'll tell my friends & relatives not to go for reliance GSM connection......i have no words to say about such a bad service from reliance GSM...

    Default Pre paid balance going negative without using any service

    Dear sir
    between Dec 15 and Jan 15,2011 my balance became negative on seven times. customer care says you have clicked bollywood tashan on rworld, next time they told me that mifeeling service is active, next time told me telugu tashan is active...... i am fed up with such network. In my openion there is security loop hole in there network system rather than admitting this fact, customer care misguides that you have activated this or that pack.

    Default reliance gsm mobile deducts money but do not provide service

    my no is 999633993. i activated my blackberry services on 5th may evening 6.00pm . i got a revert messaage from comapny saying that my services are activated now and the balance 398is deducted from my account,

    i called up customer care they said they are escalating my problem to the seniors team and they will solve te problem soon.
    first i waz assured my services would be activated at 09.00pm and then three hours more , when at 12.30am 6th may i called up customer and and had a talk with senior mr vijay, after speaking to him for an hour he assured me that till 4.00am the sevices would be fine and he confidently gave me 100% assurance. morning 10.am i had a talk with another supervisor she says the same thing that within 3 hours my sevices will be activated.

    i have called up around 20 times till now the only thing i get to know is that my prob has been escalated to technical team.

    this is a sign of utter irresponsibility shown frm the team . not yet my problem has been solved. they deduct the money immediatley and provide the sevices two days later. completely unfair means of practice.

    Angry money hungry reliance

    Dear sir,
    i am a prepaid customer of reliance GSM mobile company and my number is 9024646699 in which i had a balance of rs. 14.89 on 29 january . on this same day in the evening reliance com deduct 5 rs. balance for cricket pack . when i talk to then then filed my complain . after when i wake up in the next morning they again deduct 3 rs. from my balance . i again call to customer care , but customer care executive talked to me rudely and told that your money will not refund back . also he rudely told me to change the network from reliance to another company . company took all available balance and make it negative.
    reliance already deducted more than 60 rs. from my balance before 5 months for activating sms pack and many other services which i never select and use. .
    Reliance is just appointed ruined minded executives or trained them to behave rude to customers.
