This is regarding the Caler tune service activated by Vodafone on my number(9988559563). A mail to nodal officer (vikram.nodal@vodafone.com) gave a promt reply stating that the complaint will be taken care of soon. Today I recieved a reply from vodafone care that the service was activated by dialing *567# from handset, basis on which we cannot process any reversal for the same.
This seems to be the latest revenue generation strategy of the company since customer donot have any proof that he/she did not activate the service and they will continue harassing the customers.
This is not expected from a reputed player in the field.

Kindly register my complaint and help me to get a solution for this.
