Default Hutch or Orange.. A fraud on the consumers....

Sometime back I bought a new hutch prepaid card at Mumbai's central
    suburbs, Govandi.

The Dealer gave me a "monthly" incoming scheme wherein I have to pay
Rs.99/- every month for next 12 months and after which I am eligible
    for free incoming for Life.

Time and again I am flooded with " sms " from Hutch saying that if I
did a refill/recharge for a particular amount I am eligible for so
    and so benefits.

When I do it. I do not get the benefits. Instead I am simply given a
talktime that costs me Rs.2/per call to any number.

Even a publicly sold refill of Rs.30/- which "guarantees" free 100
minutes of Hutch to Hutch is denied to me.

When I call up " customer care " they say I am not eligible to any
other scheme. If I want to get the benefits I have to " OPT OUT OF THE
MONTHLY SCHEME by PAYING ANOTHER Rs.99/-( as opt out fees ).

When I protest and keep telling them that why am I getting messages or
sms for schemes I am not eligible they simply brush it off as a
company policy to send sms to every customer be it tom dick or harry
or whether he/she is eligible or not.

Even the publicly sold refill of Rs.30/- does not say " conditions
apply " nor their sms say " conditions apply ".

This is open fraud on the customers and a nuisance from Hutch or Orange.

Is the TRAI listening or do we all have to go to Consumer Court to get
    redressals ??

    Sir,
No one can send u unauthentic or promotional massages until ur agree. If they
still sending you promotional messages even after your request at customer care
then my request to you get registration number of that complaint or register the
new one. If they deny ur request write through email and faxes and collect the
proof of your complaint and after collecting the proof then launch the case of
harrasement and disturbance in consumer court.
    Wish u good luck
    Thanks
