In my balance, Rs.50 detucted and the same was informed to us by a message from 54321 for downloading from Airtel misc. I callesd customer care and they said that I activated friend chat through wap services. But, I didnt use wap and also I didnt activate anything from airtel due to my past experience.
Afetr calling customer care, thay said that within 15min their head would call me to sole this issue. But no call from them. I tried to call again but I got a voice which said that I reached the limit to call airtel. In this condition, how we can call airtel? What a poor response from Airtel.
Like above, few days back, I was charged Rs.30 against friendship chat. That also i didnt request. i called customer care and they said that I activated this service from my phone. What a foolish answers to foolish me. Than, I gave requisation to de-activate sms advertisement services. But, till today, no reaction.

I faced the same problem in Airtel 1 year ago and I cancelled my sim. Now, also I plan to cancel bacause of very very very poor service(Cheating by charging without our activation).
I am surprised that how Airtel growth in this level without proper customer care dealing.
