My mobile is 8056123182 and i'm using this connection for the past one week and i'm in chennai based where i made a call to a connection on 1/8/2010 at 4.35 pm where the total minutes spoken for that call is only 58 seconds but i was charged Rs.1.10 where i'm using a booster for other mobiles where the call charges is rs.0.55/minute but like this i have observed many calls where if you keep the call exactly after 56 seconds the call is charged for 2 minutes and to launch a complaint for the same i have to wait by calling 121 and first tell my complaint to the executive for 5 minutes and they will tel me that they cant give refund for these so will trasfer the call to supervisior and he will given refund of that 0.55p after 10 minutes they will given me refund for getting this refund i will be charged Rs.1.50 (where calls to 121 is charged to me at 0.50/3minutes). where i request you to make a complaint and let me know the status for the same. I'm aware of these debits ununecessarily they are charging me i dont know how many are being charged like this.... pls lodge a complaint against airtel if possible for cheating like this
