Dear Sir/Madam,

Some day back i was purchase a uninor sim card at that time he said the call rate will be between 20 to 35 paisa per minute, and he also kept a hand written board in that it was mentioned but still now i don't get this scheme , when i further spoked him then he said i don't no any thing.

So i request you please help me in this matter.
