I have continuously been calling idea to tell them that the promotional calls recieved from them are annoying and irritating. Nothing has been done to stop them. I was told that I can activate the "do not disturb" option and that the calls will be stopped within 24hrs but nothing of this sort happened. On contacting them again I was told that this service takes 45 days for activation. My other friends use Airtel and Hutch and this service has been activated for them within 24hrs. I fail to understand why idea is taking so long. The customer care excecutives were also very rude and so was the supervisor. I sent a complaint via e-mail but still no action was taken. I will be discontinuing my service with idea but i still want strict action taken against this. alot of other idea users are also very annoyed by the constant nagging calls. I recieve calls the entire day only from idea and other people trying to contact me cannot get through because of these calls.
