on 23rd i bought the aircel sim card the card cost was 60rs with the talktime of 120rs (in 1st month 50rs ,2nd month 40rs, 3rd month 30rs) i called 123 to activate the sim card after activating the sim card i just called my friend to confirm whether outgoing calls are going properly and then i removed the aircel sim card and put the another one which i use regularely after 2 days i put the aircel sim again in the mobile and checked out the balance the balance was 18.40 only, i called up aircel customer care there Ms Shradha Joshi told me the surprising thing which was very shocking to me. She told me that i have sent 200 plus smses on 23rd on a single number, which she did not tell me. If you see my history with the other operator (i.e idea) which is my regular sim card I never ever did more than 5 smses on a single day. This is a fraud that AIRCEL is doing and needs to be stopped immediately. Please suggest me how can I proceed further against AIRCEL
