I am a owner of your TATA DOCOMO Phone No. 9033819124 a recent purchase
I think i have made a mistake by taking the same as the services right from the beginning is giving the problem sometimes there are no signals and if there are signals the phone on dailing shows the out of reach signals hte service is quite often loosing the signals. This is really embarrassing situation
I have purchased this phone for my wife who is homemaker and to be in touch with her but irony is that this never turns up as I always got out of reach.
i also bought this connection for using your data plan of Rs 48 per month for 2 GB but my money both for a 48 recharge and even i boutght the connection has gone in vane. i was not able to use iven a bit of data from allocated data limit which expired after 1 month, this is my hard earned money boss and I cant bear to face this even after paying the amount from my hard earned money,
As my issue is not resolved I will be certainly I am looking forward to give this to the consumer protection court against the services provide by the TATA DOCOMO
Hope for the redreesal of the issue at the earliest
