    Default Vodafone complaint. Auto activation of caller tune service

    Hi,

    My phone number is 9988481245. Today 50 Rs got deducted from my balance and some caller tune got activated though i had not made any request for any kind of service. This has happened to me 2nd time. Please discontinue the service and return the amount.This is serious issue of cheating the customers.

    Default Deduction of balance and no reply from customer care

    I deactivated my caller tune on morning of 25th july 2012 and i got the confirmation that it has been deactivated. But on the same day in evening i got a message that my caller tune has been deducted and a sum of Rs.30 have been deducted. But still there is no caller tune on my phone.
    I tried to contact vodafone customer care, they said to please hold the call and they will get back with information but i got no reply for 10 minutes and the phone got disconnected. I am very unsatisfied with Vodafone and it's customer care. I want a strict action taken regarding my complaint. If nothing is done I will port my number to any other service provider as they will provide me with better services.
