Dear TATA indicom team

I am a owner of your TATA Indicom Phone No. 9227634003 since more than a year

I think i have made a mistake by taking the same as the phone right from the beginning is giving the problem of switch off even if i make the call (IN ON CONDITION & WITH FULL NETWORK SIGNAL) from my hutch to TATA number. This is really embarrassing situation

I have purchased this phone for my wife who is homemaker and to be in touch with her but irony is that this never turns up as I always got the switch off .

I have complaint various times for the situation but no permanent solution is done they always ask me to update my phone software by dialing *228 which I have done when asked but no betterment in the results, I even get a frequent call drop on the outgoing number.

I have been charged Rs.500 per month for the same being a post paid connection which I am never a defaulter and every dues are paid well before the specified timeline , just to see & face these kind of issues, this is my hard earned money boss and I cant bear to face this even after paying the heft amount from my hard earned money,

As my issue is not resolved I will be certainly I am looking forward to give this to the consumer protection court against the services provide by the TATA INDICOM

Hope for the redreesal of the issue at the earliest

But can i know that what are the steps you are going to do as i have done the software updation in my mobile SAMSUNG by dailing *228

how would i be knowing the status of the complaint

and how many times i have to do this software updates and all bloody shit stuff.


please resolve soon and let me know the status on my phone

even after i launched the complaint and after update i am facing the same problem..

please take steps, and this problem is not only with my number of TATA this is also faced by my other tata number in UP with my parents.

I think i have made a mistake by taking the same as the services right from the beginning is giving the problem sometimes there are no signals and if there are signals the phone on dailing shows the out of reach signals hte service is quite often loosing the signals. This is really embarrassing situation

i also bought this connection for using your data plan of Rs 48 per month for 2 GB but my money both for a 48 recharge and even i boutght the connection has gone in vane. i was not able to use iven a bit of data from allocated data limit which expired after 1 month, this is my hard earned money boss and I cant bear to face this even after paying the amount from my hard earned money,
