Sir, i just bought an 26" lcd tv a few days back where in no engineer is coming to my place to install it. Everytime i call up the service center they tell me it will be done but i dont receive any response while selling the product they assured that the installation will be done in just few hours time but there is no revert in this regards. This type of harrasement is not acceptable as this is sucha mental pressure that every two hours i have to call up the customer care department and follow up with them but i dont receive any response.

my name is Mohini Sahu.. m from Bangalore.... i have a samsung E117... my cell display got broken.. i had put my cell at Samsung service center for fixing..... after around 10 days i got it back...... be den it was not proper.....
... the problem was wid display bt wen i got it back my mobile was not getting charged... after few days i again went n the response was not gud from der side...... finally it got done after bearing too mucch irritation...
next day i found out vibration was not working in cell.. again i had to go...n again process of taking token n waiting for 45 minutes.... it got fixed....

dis was the all wat happened....
coming towards the dissatisfaction..
the staff was nt gud... dey dnt even make an eyecontact ....... or talk to u .... dey just give a token number... wid wic one need to wait for hours together....... the atmosphere inside was also miserable..... pathetic center it is.. completely unorganised and unmaintained...

the staff is too less... and dey treat clients as if doing a favour to dem.....
the worst part is u cant even know wats the problem wid ur cell so dat u can come to a conclusion dat do u really want to put cell for repair or not (cost wise) ... no one der to listen to u .....
one has to take a token number n wait for his chance..... for even to knowwats the problem... b4 ur number comes u cant even talk to dem.... dey act crapp.....

so finally my cell got repaired... .... m happy for dat.... bt wen i was about to go der.. i had to think several times.... as i faced dem 2 dayz bk.... it was again tragic today to go der....,.
i am myself from service industry.... and felt sick... seeing their behaviour............ dat just not the way to deal /handle...

this was all i had to say........... i really dnt know is someone really going to read dis ........ bt m satisfied dat i raised my voice against wat i felt worng + terrible...

i submitted my samsung GTs 5253 in laxmi nagar center on 4 of november and they gave two days time to collect the phone but after 15 days they have not repaired it and giving excuses thats why i am feeling very bad so i request someone to take necessary action against them..than you

maine apna lcd tv,40",deepawali ke just pahle kahrida tha.us samay shop se mujhe promish kiya gaya ki uske saath diya jane wala gift..jo ki ek samsung dvd tha..abhi availble nahi hone ke karan chhath ke turant baad de diya jayega..dubara chhath ke samay pata karne par kaha gaya ki abhi tak company ki taraf se dvd diya hi nahi gaya hai..jo ki 20 nov tak jaroor aa jayega..jaise hi aata hai hum aapko inform karengfe aur aapka gift aapko pahucha diya jayega..lekin ye lagatar 30 nov aur uske baad 10 dec..uske baad 15 dec ki date di jati rahi aur hum pareshan hote rahe..
lekin abhi tak koi sahi jabab nahi mila hai...ab puchhne par aha jata hai ki aap company me complain kijiye..wahin se dvd nahi bheja jaa raha hai..jabki uske baad maine ek 32" ka lcd kharida dusre shop se to uspar mujhe wo gift wahi mil gaya..parantu is shop se lekar patna samsung office tak complain karne ke baawjood abhi tak us tv ke saath diya jane wala gift..samsung dvd hamen nahi mil paya hai..
we are feeling very bad so we r requesting someone to take necessary action against them..thank you

Hi......I have a Samsung Guru Dual 35+ (IMEI No. 357277044384082). The same was suddenly become switched off & could not be restarted. My vendor (Dev Communication, Agency Chowk, Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand - 246001, Mob - 9758312602) send it to service centre at Srinagar Garhwal on 09-04-12 and later told me that the same was send to Delhi. After a long period the mobile set is still not received. Kindly look into the matter & do the needful to expedite the matter as I am in urgent need of Mobile Set.
