I regret to inform you about reliance service.

MY Cell No is +919342560303.
I reside in Yelahanka, Bangalore.

I am your post paid customer since 2005.
From 1 year, I am facing the following problem.

Whoever the people calls on my cell number, for them it is coming as Not reachable 0r Switched off.
I reported several time (You can see my complaint History).
All the time all the needles will be there (Full Signal).
I also tried my self by calling from my wife cell, even though with full signal, it came as not reachable.
Even I complained with Bangalore Nodal Officer several time.
No one is able to find out the problem. Simply They say problem is rectified.

I fed up with complaining on phone, also service by reliance.
Kindly Let me know by them, is it possible to find out the problem, & rectified.

Who will bare the losses incurred by me. Why to have a mobile for doing only out going calls.
