    Default for complaint to airtel for unwanted charges from last four months

    dear, myself gurpreet singh and my mobile no. is 9818734171.in my mobile everyday there is a deduction of rs. one.which is happening from last four month.in my mobile there is no any additional service by which they can charge.i have complaint many time to the customercare of airtel.but they can t rectified it.the massage comes on my mobile everyday is..."THANKS FOR USING I SUBSCRIPTION SERVIVE FROM AIRTEL.YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS.1.....FROM 54321....IT is happening from last four month.plz do it rectified and refund my unwanted chare deduction.

    Default Airtel nodal officer

    Hello,
    As you mentioned that you have already registered your complaint with the Airtel customer care but still not get any response, so we suggest you to send a written notice via email or registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the refund with in the mentioned time in the notice, wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.
