I have purchased a new SIM of Reliance (09778989945) on 15.03.09, thinking the good services of Reliance. But after purchasing the SIM I felt I was wrong in my thinking.

I have bought the SIM with

1. Rs. 67.00 (As SIM Charges)
2. Rs. 32.00 (As Lifetime Charges)
3. Rs. 496.00 (As Local and STD Call free to any Reliance mobile)

The day I activated the SIM, I made succesful calls to the Reliance numbers.
But the next day I was charged.

After logging complaint to the agent I purchased the SIM and Local Customer Service office, till now i have not been given any feedback.

Failing to which I am unable to make any calls from the number I purchased from Reliance.

Even after making several calls to the call centres of Reliance they refuse to answer me.

You are requested to look into the matter on most urgent.
