We have been using mobile no 9810046216 which is in the name of Reenu Uppal, for long years and suddenly out going call has been barred due address proof while we have already faxed the copy of address proof and visited to Aitel franchise Hi-line at M block in cannought place but they refused to accept the self attested copy of address proof. We have called so many times at customer care, that some body can come and collect the address proof and also varify the address site.

Somebody called from airtel today afternoon on my aternate number 9810609631 and confirmed the address for varification, however out going call has not been activated. We have been using this number for business purpose and hence we are getting loss in lacs.
