i have two idea numbers in idea 9666171999 & 9951631234 in postpaid which are taken 6 months back,recently i have migrated from postpaid to prepaid i.3 on 3rd of july and submitted the documents at idea cellular center at kphd idea show room.Last saturday i.e on 19th july they have barred my both number services.
Ihave complaioned to many customer care and the idea dealer at idea too,but no use.Today i have contacted the Nodal officer of idea too,they said they will resolve the problem by the end of the day.But.... nothing happend.So i want to lodge a complaint.
